2011 Celebration of Needlework Show

Page 2

This is the DoveStitch booth. They had a huge selection of needlework fabrics to choose from, including Aida, evenweaves, linens, hand-dyed fabrics, you name it!

One of my favorite booths at the show, the Hinzeit booth. This was the first time that Hinzeit attended Celebrations, and they were certainly a welcome addition - I think they had a model on display for every design they ever released! It was a treat to see all their stitched models in person, and they had a lot of their whimsical frames (by Kay's Frames) available for purchase, as well as their charts.

Here's a pic of Kay's Frames, who makes all of the frames for Hinzeit's designs. You really need to see her frames in person to appreciate them, they're just adorable and they compliment Hinzeit's designs so well.

The Inspired Needle booth, an LNS located in Lemont, IL. Their booth had a lot of lovely stitched models on display, and a great selection of needlework patterns, charts, hand-dyed fabrics, and accessories.

This is Keslyn's booth, with beautiful designs by Lynda Kesk!

Here is a pic of Susan Gower of Nifty Thrifty Dry Goods. This was one of the most interesting booths at the show, particularly if you're a fan of buttons and ribbons! She had an enormous selection of unique and unusual buttons, charms, ribbons, trims, and other fun goodies. You could easily spend hours looking at everything she had in her booth!

Here is Karen Kluba, the designer for Rosewood Manor (I apologize for the blurry photo, Karen!) Karen had a wonderful booth full of her stitched models, which are really amazing to see in person.

Here is a partial pic of the Scandinavian Stitches booth. Unfortunately her booth was so busy, I couldn't get a picture of the entire space. But she had a huge booth with lots of unique designs and needlework gifts. I especially liked the shaped frames she had for sale (you can see them on the wall on the left hand side of the pic), as well as the adorable knitted animal tape measures!
